Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Aakar ChokshiBDS, DDS
Dr. Chokshi is a general dentist who also grew up in Gujarat, India. He graduated with honors and received a Bachelor’s of Dental Surgery degree from BVP Dental College and Hospital at Pune in India. He then attended Purdue University School of Dentistry in Indiana where he earned his Doctoral degree of Dental Surgery. After undergoing extensive training in sedation, placing and restoring implants and oral surgery, he earned the title of Fellow in the International Implant Dental Association. Dr. Chokshi is dedicated to providing his patients with the most up-to-date treatment. He also has extensive training in sleep apnea therapy, Invisalign, wisdom teeth removal, veneers and dental implants. In his free time, he enjoys going on mission trips and has provided dental services to underserved communities in Haiti for the last 3 year.
In his free time, Dr. Chokshi enjoys drawing, arts and playing Indian Drums. Dr. Parikh and Dr. Chokshi are a husband and wife team whose goal is to work together to provide quality care to their patients and build long-term relationships with them.
Dr. Bhrita ParikhBDS, DMD, MPH
Dr. Bhrita Parikh grew up in Gujarat, India, where she received her BDS degree and practiced general dentistry before moving to the US in 2014. In the US, Dr. Parikh attended Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai, NY and received her Masters in Public Health. She then gained her DMD degree with the International Dental Program at University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a member of the American Dental Association and North Carolina Dental society. Her mission is to educate patients about oral care in relation to overall health. She is passionate about keeping up with current advancements in implants and periodontology.
Dr. Parikh loves to cook and enjoys painting and reading during her free time.

JULIE FAULKENBERRYSedation Nurse
Julie has been an RN for 21yrs specializing in emergency room medicine, worked over 12yrs at CMC-Main at a Level 1 Trauma Center. She is comfortable with pediatric pt as well as all ages of adults. She did work in the ED through CoVid. She also do home IV Hydration. Been with my high-school sweetheart for 25+yrs we have 4 children and live on a farm outside of Rock Hill.
DIEM THIHygienist
DiemThi(Thi) Tra received BSDH degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Giving patient a smile that will last in Thi’s heart. For over twenty four years she has been treating patients with compassion and education. Her favorite part of her job is building personal and professional relationships with her patients, while encouraging good oral hygiene and dental anxiety. Thi enjoy taking trips and spending time with family and friends.
NICOLE MURRAYHygienist
Nicole is a Registered Dental Hygienist that has been practicing dental for 7+ years. Originally from Grand Rapids, MI, she moved to the Carolinas in 2021. Nicole has a passion for health, and helping others through education, as well as providing thorough and gentle prophylaxis. She continues to educate herself about the mouth and overall body connection, and hopes to help you on a journey of healing and wellness. Nicole is with us exclusively on Saturday’s, as she is a stay-at-home mom full time during the week to her two beautiful daughters. She enjoys being a homemaker, trips to the ocean, gardening, working out, and she loves listening and conversing with all of her patients at Carrington Square Dental!
MAI HANHygienist
Mai joined Carrington Square Dental team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2022. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 2010. She is a dedicated clinician with over 13 years’ experience and always gives 100% care to her patients. Quality patient care is her utmost important priority. Mai loves building one-on-one relationships with her patients to make the experience pleasurable and stress free. Mai makes sure that patients receive the absolute best services under her care. Outside of work, Mai enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga and meditation.
BRITTNEY FRANCISDental Assistant
Brittney works hand-in-hand alongside Dr. Chokshi and Dr. Bhrita as a dental assistant. Becoming a dental assistant has been her longtime dream. Brittney is instrumental in making sure patients are comfortable during treatment and assuring them they are in the best hands with our team. Away from the office, Brittney loves taking trips to the mountains and the beach, as these are two of her favorite places. She also enjoys long walks with her dog, Buddy, and spending time with family and friends.
JENNIFER JUAREZDental Assistant
Jenifer is a dental assistant here at Carrington Square Dental. Her goal is to not only learn along the way but to also make patients comfortable and happy! Her favorite part about dentistry is all the “Thank-you” and the smiles at the end of an appointment! She’s very proud to be part of an amazing team and understanding doctors. Jennifer takes pride in going the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction and quality of care. Outside of the office Jenifer loves to spend time with her baby girl and eat.

Olya has been a dental assistant since 2010. She enjoys getting to know each patient and providing a personal touch for each patient encounter. Olya appreciates the team approach to providing the highest level of care possible. Outside of work, Olya enjoys time with her family, dog Bruno and church events.
ANA ALDAPE ORTEGONDental Assistant
Ana has been a Dental Assistant for over 9 years. She enjoys talking to patients and making them feel comfortable. She loves to travel and spend time with her family when possible.
KEYDI ACOSTADental Assistant
Keydi is a dental assistant at Carrington Square Dental. Has been in the dental field since 2021 as a dental assistant. She greets patients with a bright smile and loves to help patients feel comfortable in a dental chair. Keydi loves building one-on-one relationships with her patients to make the experience pleasurable and stress free. Outside of the office Keydi enjoys spending time with her family and 3 puppies.

Zeal is a dedicated and experienced dental assistant and a prospective dental student passionate about helping patients achieve their best oral health. With 8 years of dental experience, Yeniy specializes in scheduling appointments, going over treatment plans and educating patients with how their benefits help pay for their treatment needs. Away from the office, Yeniy enjoys going to the gym, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Ana SandovalFront Desk Treatment Coordinator
Ana has been in the dental field since 2019. Enjoys getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service and attention from our front office. Favorite part of her job is providing patients the experience of good dental care and the feeling of a great smile. Loves visual arts and does painting on the side and can survive with only coffee.
